This vibrant new coworking structure in North West Bicester has been developed by Cherwell District Council and is supported by European Regional Development Funding.

The innovative building comprises a mix of co-working space and serviced offices over three floors and has been sensitively designed to be distinctive, eco-friendly and sustainable.

Based in Franklins House, Pioneer Square, this repurposed retail unit has been transformed into a stylish co-working environment providing professional amenities such as meeting rooms, desk space and a vibrant working community.

Run by Vashti and Andy on behalf of Cherwell District Council, this is where the Perch brand first came to life.
